Formatting Google Docs Handout

I have my students glue this simple formatting handout in their interactive notebooks at the beginning of the school year. Since we have 1:1 Chromebooks, we complete a large amount of our work digitally. I usually have to establish early on in the year that assignments are not opportunities to experiment with fonts and colors...I didn't make this a big deal our first year with Chromebooks and my eyes suffered from it! It is a basic expectation that students meet the requirements on the handout unless I explicitly tell them to have fun with fonts.

The handout is pretty basic and STAR WARS themed! It's free available on my TPT Store. I print individual copies for my kids and a poster size for my classroom.
